Ceramic Coating in Houston area

This package is ideal for new vehicles or vehicles with minimal paint imperfections, such as light swirls and or scuffs.

This package includes as part of our prep and application process a two step paint correction/ enhancement prior to ceramic coating application or graphene coating.

We start off with a decontamination wash to remove any iron deposits from transportation or everyday use from brake dust.

 Followed by a clay bar treatment to remove any imperfection that may be stuck on to the clearcoat.

We then proceed to start with a two step paint correction, starting with a diminishing polish removing imperfections such as scuffs and light scratching up to 2000k grit deep.

Once the whole vehicle has been polished we proceed to the next and final step. Known as final finishing polish. A final finish polish helps bring out clarety and true color of the paint while enhancing and bringing out that mirror like finish and shine.

After all the paint corrections steps have been completed the vehicle is given a final wipe down with APO solution to remove any left over residues, grease, or oils. 

The vehicle is now ready to proceed to start the coating application process, starting our way from the roof down to the A and C pillars, hood, trun, and front to back. We ensure we move in an up and down, side to side motion overlapping to ensure even coverage. We wait a few seconds depending on weather conditions, for the coating to flash before wiping all excess followed by a second wipe down to ensure a smooth finish free of high or low spots. 

Once the coating has been applied we inspect the vehicle section by section ensuring we correct any imperfection such as high and low spots as well as any other imperfection, before we let it cure indoor for 12 to 24 hrs depending on weather conditions

This is the most import process after application has been completed, allowing the coating to cure indoors while it properly bonds to the clear coat will ensure the best possible finish that will last for years to come.
